Dedicated skilled female physiotherapists cater to the needs of today’s women in the field of health and fitness.
Customized Antenatal Classes are conducted regularly for expecting mothers thereby enabling them to have a healthy uneventful course of pregnancy and an easy labour, thus making delivery a pleasurable rather than a painful experience.
Post Natal sessions for the new Moms to get back to their old fit self. Posture correction advice post pregnancy during feeding is also done as a part of back care.
Post Natal fitness sessions two months after delivery, to help the new mothers to get back to shape and lead a healthy and a fit lifestyle.
Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
Retraining of pelvic musculature is available for men/women with urinary/fecal incontinence and/or pelvic organ prolapse. Treatment focuses on Kegels’ exercises, strengthening and toning of the pelvic floor muscles.
Care of the Elderly
As we become older, there is a tendency to lose muscle strength, mobility and balance. The effects of osteoporosis can also cause problems within the spine and of certain joints. Physiotherapists are trained in creating programmes which will help to improve your strength, mobility and balance. As a result, you will be less at risk of falling.
Ergonomic Assessment
Our Physiotherapists can visit your office, assess workplace ergonomics – the position of desks, chairs, computer stations – and advise on best practice for postural care. We explain how simple alterations can help prevent back, neck and repetitive strain problems.
Home Care Physiotherapy
Our home care Physiotherapy services specialise in aged care and those with disabilities or complex health needs living in the community. We cater for those people who cannot, or find it difficult to attend a physiotherapy clinic due to their condition or social situation, or when it is more appropriate to see them at home.
Our friendly practitioners have a holistic approach to patient care, and work with our clients to achieve their goals and to maximize independence and healthy living. We strive to be the provider of choice for domiciliary/community allied health.
